I am a Ph.D. candidate of the Music and Audio Research Laboratory (MARL) at New York University, working with Prof. Juan P. Bello in the music informatics group.
My research interests focus on machine learning and signal processing for music and general audio. Specifically, I am interested in building adaptive and interactive machine listening systems with minimal supervision. I enjoy playing guitar, producing music, and sound engineering. Before joining MARL, I was in the Music Recording and Production program at Institute of Audio Research. I hold two master's degrees in Materials Science & Engineering from both Massachusetts Institute of Technology and National Taiwan University (NTU), and a bachelor's degree in Physics from NTU. Japanese math rock is my current favorite music genre. 🤘 |
